    9.30-11.00 The progress of project activities - Report for each Partner (activites during first and second transnational meeting, the accomplishment of IO2 Training curriculum accreditation and the working phase of IO3 and IO4 ; results - large group discussion with all the partners

    11.00 – 11.30 Pause

    11.30 - 13.00  Interim Report stage from partners and AEPRO. Demonstration of a session using online website and PEACE SITE project platform

    13.00-14.00 Lunch

    14.00-15.30 Deadlines for IO4, IO5 and IO6; IO5 final concepts for Counselling tool for Parent-child communication using Onscreen Doodle Whiteboard app- small group work. Plenary discussion of results

    15.30-15.45 Tea/Coffee break

    15.45- 16.45 IO6 Mobile phone application – concept and content – small group work Monitoring plan for PEACE SITE project activities – presentation and discussions and adjustment of the plan

    9.00-10.30 Organizational details for the Blended mobility of adult learners in Romania for May 2019 ; the presentation of evaluation concept and package by Romtens Foundation Representative Dr. Theodor Hărătău; plenary discussion

    11.00-12.30  Dissemination and Use of Projects' Results until present-important for Interim Report – presentation each partner. Dissemination events proposals from each partner in 2019; organisation and content details - plenary discussion. 

    12.30-13.30 Lunch

    13.30-15.00 Communication strategy for partners on Slack and on the PEACE SITE platform. Risk prevention strategy. The final decision about the Logo of the project. New Erasmus+ project for raising impact and sustenability – plenary discussion.
